
Technical Manager at Larsen Seafood Albert Andersen says,
“For example, we always contact G&M when we need a new machine for one of our five production lines. They advise us on the purchase, and then assume responsibility for servicing as part of the main-tenance contract we have with the company.
This means that twice a year they dismantle the machines to check the seaming heads etc. – everything which we cannot do our-selves. Then they decide whether anything needs replacing, and suggest what we should purchase before their next visit.”
