In order to make sure that the packaging reaches the customer on time and in the correct quantity, Glud & Marstrand draw up logistics agreements with customers. Logistics agreements are based on customers’ budgets and forecasts. With this knowledge G&M can adjust the production process to the customers’ needs, also when the customer makes adjustments in their production. G&M work intensively with logistics and we can document approx. 98% reliability of delivery.
Customers are offered easy access to relevant information regarding current order and delivery information at G&M. Customers have online access to documents, production and order status as well as stock level through web interfaces, Navision and EDI.
