The main purpose of Glud & Marstrand’s after sales service is to secure efficient and professional cooperation with our customers.
Our customers often invest in packing and sealing equipment from G&M. Therefore, we emphasise making sure that our customers constantly benefit from the investment. We do this by making our expertise available to our customers and ensuring a smooth and high quality production process. When production and packing has started at the customers’ facilities it is important to maintain the equipment and minimise the risk of errors and defects. We do this by:
- Making service contracts
- Conducting regular checks of the production facility
- Visits from G&M’s technicians who test, adjust or repair the packaging equipment on site
- Supporting local users to make sure that the equipment is used correctly, for example teaching users on our own Double Seaming Course.
- Complaints. G&M conduct tests at their own laboratory to identify errors and suggest solutions, and start preventive activities in order to avoid repeating errors.
Glud & Marstrand’s after sales service is conducted by highly qualified consultants and technicians, who have significant experience in handling the processes surrounding the production of metal packaging.
