Document control and information determine the guidelines for the formulation, approval, revision and control of documents that form the quality management system.

The system describes the holding of regular audits in order to ensure that the quality management system is:
  • Efficient
  • Adapted to the organisation
  • At least complies with the demands in ISO 9001:2000
Management processes, supporting processes and core processes are collected in Glud & Marstrand’s quality manual, and the processes are identical for all the factories.

Determines the guidelines for the formation of job requirements, registration of education on education cards, education planning and teaching modules.

The systems ensures that all employees who affect the quality of our products possess the necessary qualifications for the job in question, and that replacements quickly can gain an overview of the necessary qualifications in order to perform various job functions.

Measuring tools, which G&M use for approval of products, are included in the calibration system. The system ensures that the measuring tool is calibrated at regular intervals in compliance with international norms.

Should the measuring tool not comply with the specified calibration tolerances, the system will instigate corrective actions.

Selection and application of statistical methods.

Deviation handling describes how products that do not comply with specified demands shall be marked, stored and handled. This ensures that deviant products are not taken into use. The procedure also includes our instigation of necessary corrective actions and expose the financial consequences.

Improvement activities (improvement tasks) commence during the treatment and removal of causes for error as preventive activities directed at possible causes of deviation.

Guidelines for registrations and reports regarding quality in order to prove the efficiency of the quality management system.
